One of the first questions couples ask when they hear Blotts is alcohol-free venue-wide is whether that changes the feel of the day. In practice, it changes very little except who can fully relax — grandparents, designated drivers, guests who don't drink for faith or personal reasons, and the couple themselves, all get the same evening as everyone else.
Every room has its own temperance bar, built to feel like any other — proper glassware, garnish, a menu with more than a token mocktail or two. Guests order at the bar the same way they would anywhere, they just don't need ID for the other reason.
The music, the dancing, the late-night food — none of that depends on what's in the glasses. If anything, venues report longer dance floors and fewer guests disappearing early, because nobody's peaking at 9pm.
